An adventure to the lost city, the sister city of Machupicchu, with less influx due to privileged access only for those who can overcome the mental and physical challenge of 4 days of walking.
Day 1: Cusco - Cachora - Playa Rosalina - Santa Rosa.
We leave Cusco very early towards Cachora (Breakfast) and continue to Punta Carretera where we meet the rest of the Peru Leisure Travel team, the muleteers, cooks and horses. From this point we start our walk through a beautiful Andean landscape and we will have a beautiful view of the Padreyoc, Wayna Cachora, the Apurímac valley, to Santa Rosa where we will set up our first camp.

Day 2: Santa Rosa - Marampata - Choquequirao
Always with a beautiful view of the Apurimac canyon, we will cross small hamlets such as Santa Rosa Alta and Huchuerta, to Marampata, where we have lunch and prepare to visit the Inca citadel of Choquequirao in the afternoon. Here we will have a guided tour of the most important enclosures, such as the main esplanade, the Usno, the Workshops and the Sector of the platforms that are embedded in stone in the shape of Llamas. After that, we return to Marampata for dinner and spend the night in camp.

Day 3: Marampata - Playa Rosalina - Chiquisqa
This day we can rest a little more and after a good breakfast we will start our way back and say goodbye to this beautiful point with spectacular views. We descend to Playa Rosalina for lunch and we continue to Chiquisca where we will have our last camp.

Day 4: Chiquisqa - Capuliyoc - Cachora - Cusco
After a comforting breakfast we will start the walk back to the Capuliyoc pass where we will have for the last time a view of the Apurimac canyon, and we will continue for 2 hours to San Pedro de Cachora where we will say goodbye to our muleteers who accompanied in this wonderful adventure.
